Mankato Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical directory collections that may document connections to Mankato, Minnesota. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with any custodian, court, or office.
2. Permitted Use
Use the reference only for lawful purposes. You must not use it, or material found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud

10. Access Restrictions
We may block or limit access, without notice and at our discretion, for a user who abuses the reference or violates these terms.
11. Governing Law
Minnesota law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access referenced in the Mankato material is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. ch. 13, including section 13.03, and to record-specific restrictions.
12. Severability
If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
